Little place, I thoroughly enjoyed to be here.

Had a such great time. Everything was perfect with lovely rooms. The location was good, for example, Iglesia de San Juan was relatively near the hotel. I interacted with the nice and decent staff.

Nice little hotel, beautiful location right on the camino and ATTENTIVE staff. Location very close to the river and restaurant and the very interesting city centre.

The room had a beautiful view of the river and I loved falling asleep to the sound of water flowing below. The shower was brilliant and spotlessly clean, although the shower cabinet itself was a bit small. The staff was friendly and the food at the restaurant was great.

The owner of the hotel was rude and unhelpful, which was quite upsetting. there was a power outage during the night which lasted until the morning, and the staff did not provide any acknowledgement or assistance during the inconvenience.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at a charming hotel in a picturesque town. The menu del Dia and breakfast were delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing a container for my wife to soak her feet after a long day of walking on the Camino de Santiago. Despite a small room and WiFi issues, we would still recommend this hotel. it was a great experience.

Our stay at the hostal was fantastic! The check-in process was smooth, and the lady at the reception was efficient and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely little balcony. The bathroom was impressive, with brand new fixtures and an amazing power shower. The level of service we received was exceptional. When we had issues with the Wi-Fi on the first floor, the owner went above and beyond to relocate us to a bigger and better room on the third floor. The staff also went out of their way to assist us when my husband had shin splints and needed to take a bus. They provided us with all the information we needed and even helped us buy the tickets. The hotel restaurant was excellent, and its location right on the Camino path was ideal. We couldn't have made a better choice!

They provided valuable information and assistance, especially when my husband needed to take a bus due to shin splints. The hotel restaurant served delicious meals, both dinner and breakfast. The breakfast in particular was a great value for money. the hotel offered convenient amenities like a nearby pharmacy and shops.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the hotel was a bit of a walk into town, but the walk itself was pleasant.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the location by the river and on the Camino de Santiago path was perfect. The staff treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Being disabled, I appreciated the staff's willingness to accommodate my needs. They provided laundry services despite our late arrival and early departure. Additionally, the restaurant had excellent vegetarian options, which can be difficult to find in Spain. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a beautiful view of the river. The pillows were viscoelastic, and the mattresses were comfortable with springs.

This hotel had a great location, situated close to the beautiful river. It was lovely to fall asleep to the peaceful sound of flowing water. The room at Hostal Restaurante Mendez was cozy and comfortable, with either a double bed or two single beds. The private bathroom was clean and had free toiletries. We loved relaxing in front of the satellite TV after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I would have preferred a room with a double bed instead of two single beds.

The level of service was incredible! The owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, even moving me to a bigger and better room when the Wi-fi didn't work on the 1st floor. The restaurant was great and the location right on the Camino path was perfect. I couldn't have chosen better.
